For over 30 years Russell has been involved with a wide range of projects such as large-scale commercial, parks, community master planning, and high-end residential. Russell is known for his free-hand sketching abilities, which migrated from pencil and paper to a Surface Studio, where he draws for clients in real time. He is licensed in California and Arizona.
